In order to provide you with the most up to date information on new and existing listings on the (MLS®), I recommend using the Victoria Real Estate Board's automated MLS® searching system. With this system, you are sent a report via email with daily updates of new listings based on your needs. These reports are provided free to you with no obligation.

MLS listings do appear eventually on www.mls.ca but there is usually a 2-4 day delay in posting and each listing has limited information compared to our internal system. In our fast moving market in Victoria it is important to know about a property as soon as it is listed - not after it is already sold.
The reports you receive will represent all listings showing as current matching your needs and wants for price, area, etc... from all offices that belong to the Victoria Real Estate Board - (VREB) in and around Victoria, BC.
The best way to keep up to date is to have auto-email notification of new listings that fit your criteria sent to you from the VREB as soon as they are listed.
I will also set up a log in for you to a real time site of listings that is based on your criteria and updates automatically.The reports include such things as room sizes and the address of the property.
To limit your search to specific criteria ... ex: price, year built, area, square footage, etc ..... and receive a daily update of new real estate listings based on that criteria, just indicate your preference in the body of an email at: info@soldbc.com or fill in the form on the
